Elizabeth Gilbert: Eat, Pray, Love
Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of the best-seller "Eat, Pray, Love", is giving a hell of a speech about inspiration. The thing with inspiration is that you have to be always prepared for it and more important not to be afraid to manifest it.
The result of your inspiration might or might not be successful, might or might not be inspiring for others, but... you are not allowed to waste it.

Larry Smith: Excuses, excuses...
The biggest obstacle in our live is not the economy, is not the bad luck, is even not the political context. The biggest obstacle in our live is us. Because we have a great ability... we make excuses and we always search for reasons to not take action.

Nick Vujicic: How to get up
It should not impress you the things he can do without arms and legs, it should impress you the things he says, because nothing it's impossible, the impossible it's just in our minds.
We build frontiers because we want to have excuses in order to motivate our failure and our lack of courage to follow our dreams. We are afraid of dreams because dreams do not have limits, do not have frontiers.

The inspiration and determination don't come always from TV stars or successful entrepreneurs. In most of the cases the greatest stories are those of normal people, like you and me.

JK Rowling: Why is failure good?
JK Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, gave on June 2008, the year when I graduated a formidable speech about failure.
Before she invented Harry Potter, she was very poor, divorced and she consider herself a failure. But that was good, because being a failure enabled her to see herself for what she really was, strip away all the fears, strip way all the preconceptions and remain only with the essential.
Not all the achievements are good in life, because some of those will deviate you from the path you really belong to.
"Failure meant stripping away the inessential"
